 Nicole Perman attended Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM) where she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Speech, Language, Hearing Sciences in 2007 and her Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology in 2009. Nicole truly loves working with both children and adults alike; she has experience with all ages in a variety of settings including public and private schools, hospital, nursing care facilities and private practice. Nicole enjoys seeing adults through our contracted nursing home facilities and has enjoyed helping to grow the number of adults Beyond Boundaries services. Nicole continues to gain additional knowledge within the field of Speech Language Pathology; she has attended conferences and/or completed additional coursework within the areas of visual phonics, challenging articulation cases, sensory integration, apraxia diagnosis and treatment, Talk Tools oral placement therapy and the Kaufman Speech to Language Protocol. Nicole’s goal is to make a positive change in the way her clients are able to communicate by forming a strong bond with her clients and their families. She believes in making therapy fun and communicating regularly with families in order to see the greatest outcome. Nicole is a licensed therapist in both North Dakota and Minnesota. She is a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds the National Certification of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP). Nicole joined Beyond Boundaries in the spring of 2010.
