Katharine (Kitsy) Radermacher is the owner and lead Speech Language Pathologist at Beyond Boundaries. She has over 25 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist. Kitsy received her Bachelor's degree from University of Denver and her Masters at St. Cloud State University.She completed her internship at Fairview Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN as well as with the Osseo/Maple Grove School District in the Twin Cities.Kitsy has worked with children and adults in a variety of settings; schools, daycares, hospitals, nursing homes, and private homes.She was on the Cleft Lip and Palate Team of Fargo for over 3 years. Kitsy is actively involved with American Speech-Language Hearing Association and is North Dakota's State Advocate for Reimbursement (STAR).

 

Kitsy’s experience with children includes assessing and treating; apraxia ,autism spectrum disorder, articulation delays, assistive technology, central auditory processing, cerebral palsy, cleft lip and palate, hearing impaired, language delays and disorders, stuttering and voice, along with implementing augmentative communication devices.

 

Her experience with adults has been evaluating and treating clients with swallowing disorders and/or cognitive deficits due to various reasons (stroke, head injury).Kitsy has specialized training in Debra Beckman Oral Motor Program and has done training in this area of skill with Fargo Public School Speech Language Pathologists. Along with specialized training in Nancy Kaufman Apraxia of speech and TalkTools by Sara Rosenfeld-Johnson. She also periodically contributes content and other articles for Area Woman magazine. She is a certified member of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed in the state of North Dakota and Minnesota.

Kitsy enjoys working with people and feels her faith has given her the direction of making a difference in the lives of others.
