A: A health insurance plan is a contract between the patient and the insurance company. We verify insurance coverage before providing service so that you know what service is covered by your plan. As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance plan. We will work with your insurance company.
A:Anyone can refer someone for any program at Beyond Boundaries.For medically based services, a physician must order the service but individuals may request the order. CLICK HERE for a form that you and your physician can fill out.The best way to communicate an order is to ask the physician to fax the order to our office at (701) 356-5412. We will try our best to call you the same day as we receive the order to schedule an appointment.

A:Beyond Boundaries Therapy is located at 3001 11th Street South. We are located on a quiet, street just east of the YWCA off South University Drive in Fargo, ND. We offer a a structured, yet home-like setting which can reduce the amount of stress and facilitate optimal engagement in each session.
